Thoughtful Planning & Support
I handle the research and full itinerary planning from the moment you hire me through your return home. You’ll have ongoing email support during business hours, so you’re never left guessing.

Initial Trip Proposal
You’ll receive a first proposal with my top recommendations, followed by a text to review it together. If adjustments are needed, I’ll provide up to two additional options to make sure it feels right.

Clear Package Details
Everything is laid out clearly — total pricing, deposits, taxes and fees, transfers, flights, resort or hotel details, and available payment plans.

Travel Protection
Travel insurance is always optional, but highly recommended, and I’ll walk you through the options so you can decide what works best for you.

Flights Made Simple
Airfare options are typically available about 330 days before travel, and I usually recommend booking 4–8 months in advance. I book main cabin, premium, or first-class tickets only — no basic economy or budget airlines. I also track your flights and assist if any issues come up.

The Extras That Matter
Need help pre-booking excursions, spa or wellness appointments, dining reservations, shows, special events, upgrades, photography sessions, childcare, or a celebration? I’ve got you covered.

Professional service fees vary based on the complexity of your trip. All fees and inclusions are discussed and agreed upon before you hire my travel planning services.
